Who do you think you are? Newsletter 01/19/2021

Does that question pop into your head at the worst times?

I’ve spent my entire life trying to answer it.

No matter how much I achieve or how many boxes I check off, it’s still there.

I’m telling you this because I want you to realize that you can level up DESPITE that question.

I may be trying to answer it for the rest of my life, and I’m OK with that.

Because I DO have answers.

And so do you.

Whatever your answers are, you DESERVE to level up.

Research shows that in order to apply for a job women feel they need to meet 100% of the criteria while men usually apply after meeting about 60%.

Don’t let someone with less experience or qualifications get the job simply because you didn’t try.
